Refund Policy

This policy explains your refund and withdrawal rights when you buy digital course content from the PESADESIGN Training Academy ("Platform").
Your 14-day right of withdrawal — and how it works for digital content
As an EU consumer, you normally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days. However, this right does not apply to digital content that is supplied immediately, once you have:
1. given your express prior consent to us starting to supply the content immediately, and
2. acknowledged that by doing so you lose your right of withdrawal.
At checkout, you are asked to tick a box confirming both of the above before your purchase completes. By ticking that box and completing your purchase, you consent to immediate access and you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal.
This means that once your course access has been granted, the purchase is final and you are not entitled to a refund under the statutory withdrawal right. This is standard practice for online courses and protects the content, which is delivered in full the moment you gain access.
If you do not wish to waive this right, do not tick the box and do not complete the purchase — contact us instead.
Discretionary refunds
Outside the statutory right above, we are not obliged to provide refunds, but we may choose to at our discretion — for example, if you were charged in error, charged twice, or genuinely could not access the course due to a technical fault on our side that we could not resolve.
Billing problems
If you were charged incorrectly, charged more than once, or believe there has been a payment error, contact us at academy@pesadesign.com with your order details and we will investigate and put it right.
